OUR GRAND OPENING WAS A HUGE SUCCESS!
Response to our Grand Opening party was outstanding – it turns out plenty of people see the value in these breathtaking Brentwood homes. All told, we sold 52 homes over the weekend.
The people who visited our Grand Opening could hardly wait to purchase their new homes at Memento, and set up their move-in date this fall. Lineups began at early in the morning, and lasted until we closed our doors at 6pm. In fact, our sales team had to stay an extra two and a half hours to keep up with the demand!
It was great to see so many people so thrilled to be purchasing a new home here at Memento. There was a truly fun energy at the event, and we are sure our excited new homeowners will be very happy in their new homes.
Although we sold a good number of homes at the Grand Opening, there are still plenty of brilliant suites remaining.
