all the amenities — west Kelowna is moments away with its shops and services, making it easy to run into town for groceries.

“People have been blown away by it — they can’t believe how amazing it is,” Chetner says. “It’s a slice of heaven. You’ve got all your amenities, you’ve got a home built to the highest standards, and when you’re down by the water, you’re looking to some of the best lake and mountain views in the valley.”
